EL3081 equivalent to MOC3081 optocoupler
This content will be shared across all product pages.
Description:
The EL3081 is a zero-voltage crossing photocoupler that provides electrical isolation and signal transmission between low-voltage control circuits and high-voltage AC power lines. It features a built-in GaAs infrared LED (emitter) optically coupled to a monolithic silicon zero-voltage crossing phototriac (detector). This design ensures the TRIAC triggers only at the zero-crossing point of the AC waveform, minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and improving operational safety.
Key Features:
- Zero-voltage crossing operation minimizes EMI and improves safety
- High isolation voltage (typically 5000Vrms) for robust isolation between control and power circuits
- 600V peak breakdown voltage for handling AC power lines
- Drives TRIACs for controlling AC loads
- Compact 6-pin DIP package for space-saving integration
Technical Specifications:
- Package Type: 6-pin DIP
