The BTA12-600C is a silicon bidirectional thyristor, also known as a TRIAC, designed for use in general purpose AC switching and phase control applications. This device can handle high power loads and is capable of switching both polarities of the AC signal. Packaged in the standard TO-220AB, it provides high thermal performance and durability for industrial and consumer electronics applications. Key Features:
