The IR2117S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. It is designed for use in half-bridge and full-bridge configurations, providing efficient and reliable switching performance in a variety of applications, including motor drives and power supplies.
