Description: The TNY267 is a member of the TinySwitch-III family of power management ICs designed for offline low-power applications. It integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, thermal shutdown protection, and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device. The IC operates in a flyback topology to provide highly efficient power conversion with minimal external components.
