The SN74LS373N is an octal transparent latch from the 74LS series of TTL logic ICs. It features eight D-type latches with 3-state outputs. The latches are transparent when the latch enable (LE) input is high, allowing data at the D inputs to be transferred to the outputs. When the latch enable input is low, the data present at the D inputs is latched and held at the outputs. The outputs are controlled by the output enable (OE) input, which can disable the outputs to provide high-impedance states. This IC is useful for temporary data storage, data buffering, and interfacing between different parts of a digital system. Key Features:
