Description:
The MOC3061 is an optocoupler consisting of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector, designed to function as a zero voltage crossing bilateral TRIAC driver. This device facilitates the interface of low-voltage logic signals with equipment powered by 115/240 VAC lines, such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, and consumer appliances.
