The CD4044BE is a quad NOR R-S (Reset-Set) latch IC from the CMOS 4000 series. Each latch is independent and features a separate reset and set input. The outputs of the latches can drive 10 low-power Schottky (LS-TTL) loads. It is well-suited for applications requiring memory elements, data storage, and flip-flop operations.
