The HD74HC20P is a high-speed CMOS dual 4-input NAND gate designed for general-purpose logic applications. This device contains two independent 4-input NAND gates, each of which performs the Boolean function Y = A · B · C · D in positive logic. The 74HC20 is characterized for operation over a wide range of supply voltages and is compatible with TTL outputs.
