ULN2803 darlington transistor array
This content will be shared across all product pages.
The ULN2803 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array, designed to interface logic-level signals to various high-power loads. This device consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs with common-emitter configuration, capable of driving high-current loads up to 500mA per channel. The integrated clamp diodes make it suitable for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and stepper motors.
