The 6N135 is a high-speed optocoupler designed for digital interfacing and isolation applications. It consists of a high-efficiency AlGaAs LED and an integrated high-speed photodetector. The optocoupler provides high noise immunity and can operate at data rates up to 1 Mbit/s. It is ideal for applications requiring electrical isolation between different parts of a circuit while maintaining high-speed data transfer.
