At Hub360, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, and applies only to factory defects confirmed upon inspection.

Return Eligibility

·        Refunds: Must be requested within 3 days of purchase.

·        Exchanges: Available within 7 days of purchase.

·        Items must be unused, in their original, resalable condition, and must include the purchase receipt and a written reason for return.

·        DIY kits and modified items are non-refundable.

·        Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

·        A ₦500 cleaning/restocking fee may apply where necessary.

 Refund & Warranty Details

·        Refunds are processed within 7 business days (excluding shipping fees).

·        Products may come with manufacturer warranties. While Hub360 can assist with warranty claims, we are not liable for manufacturer defects.
