2. Products and Services

We sell electronic components, development boards, sensors, tools, IoT kits, and related accessories, and offer hands-on training, workshops, and educational resources in electronics, robotics, and embedded systems.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on this website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel or amend any affected order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders may be placed through our website, our physical stores, or via approved communication channels (WhatsApp, phone, or email).
  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated, and exclude delivery charges unless specified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Where payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; Hub360 is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Please refer to our Refunds & Replacement page for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and the return process. In summary:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original resalable condition, with proof of purchase.
  • DIY kits, and components that have been assembled, soldered, or otherwise modified, are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected, excluding original shipping fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Warranties

Where products carry a manufacturer's warranty, Hub360 will act as an intermediary to help facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer, but Hub360 is not itself the warrantor unless explicitly stated. Hub360 is not responsible for defects arising from misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modification of a product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course/training materials — is the property of Hub360 Circuits Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Registration for workshops, training sessions, or the Innovation Lab is subject to availability and any specific terms communicated at the time of registration (including applicable fees, cancellation policies, and safety guidelines). Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during hands-on sessions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
