LM350K Gold seal regulator
The LM350K is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 3A over an output voltage range of 1.2V to 33V. This device is exceptionally easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. It employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation, making it essentially blowout-proof. The gold seal package provides improved thermal performance and reliability, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
